"My husband and I had an amazing wedding and our photographer, Maricle Kang, played a big part in our special day. The level of professionalism, punctuality and organization the day of our wedding was superb. We did not have to spend any time of our wedding day worried about the photography.
From the initial meeting with Maricle, the engagement photos, our rehearsal and lead up to the wedding, Maricle’s communication was always prompt and helpful. She gave great advice on the timeline and other planning for our wedding (colour palettes to wear for our engagement photos, etc). Maricle has an eye for detail, and her work is absolutely astounding. She was so fun to work with, friendly, professional and everything you would want in a wedding photographer. Maricle is the absolute sweetest!
We were blown away by the quality and style of our final photos from Maricle and our expectations were strongly exceeded.

"Isaac and I passionately recommend Maricle as a fine art wedding photographer. From the very beginning of our communication with her to the day she delivered our wedding and day-after galleries, she was always punctual, responsive, and thinking two-steps ahead. "Finding a good photographer was one of the most important choices we had to make because you really don't want to look back at the pictures capturing of the happiest day of your life with regret. We are extremely happy that we chose Maricle to be the photographer for our wedding and engagement photos. She was one of the best decisions we made regarding the wedding.From the very first meet, she made a huge effort to get to know us. To see what makes us laugh and smile. She even took our engagement photos and as uncomfortable it is to pose unnaturally, smile awkwardly, Maricle made the moment so fun. She knew our personalities well and knew what to say to ease our nervousness.
This was all the more emphasized on our wedding day. We got married at Corpus Christi Church and had our reception at Floata Seafood Restaurant. While the day was a blur, the one person we did not doubt was Maricle. We can tell you enough how many of our guest comment how pleasant Maricle and her partner were. They mingled with our guests, and we cherish the photos of our guests laughing, crying, and smiling. Leading up to the wedding, she was very organized and helpful with educating us on what we needed to provide in order to make the day run smoothly by providing us with sample timelines and photo groups. She was very responsive to our questions and ideas for photoshoot locations.
Maricle is professional, welcoming, punctual, romantic, and absolutely talented. We were both impressed and thrilled with the final pictures we were provided with. "To celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary, we had photos taken by Maricle in the amazing French city of Aix-en-Provence. Not only did she capture the beauty and essence of the location, but she managed to showcase our relationship perfectly. I was worried we may feel self conscious or awkward, but Maricle was incredibly professional, keeping things light, casual, and fun!.... therefore making us both comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session.

"Our photo session with Maricle was amazing! A day before the session, I had this terrible skin infection and I had to reschedule our session for 2 days later. Although I came with a mark on my face, Maricle was so kind and made me feel absolutely comfortable about being in front of the camera.
She chose Sutro Baths as the location. It was perfect as the sun was going down! I didn’t have anything suitable to wear for the photo shoot. Maricle even brought me a dress to wear! Her commitment and thoughtfulness was extremely touching.
My boyfriend and I are not your typical romantic couple. We are always joking around and indulging in frivolous banter. Maricle made us feel very comfortable and joined in on our childish jokes.
I am particularly camera shy. I cannot emphasize enough how Maricle made me feel at ease.
The photos were amazing! She captured our essence very well and did justice to the picturesque backdrop of San Francisco. The photos exude a soft, ethereal feel.
I would highly recommend Maricle to anyone that is looking for a professional yet friendly and last but not least extremely talented photographer! Her direction and execution is fantastic!"
